Your session will include:

  • 60 minutes
  • Mobility – Self Myofascial Release – baseball/lacross ball & foam roller
  • Warm-up – dynamic movements
  • Skill – skill/drill work for programming of the day/week/month
  • Strength – use the skill & drill work for our strength program that day
  • METCON – functional movement/crossfit methodology workouts consisting of Gymnastics, Mono-structural and Weights in singlets, couplets, triplets, etc.
  • Cool Down/Discussion – talk/chat on General Physical Preparedness, nutrition, fueling, recovery, etc.
