Class Details & Rules:
- 24 Boxers per class (max).
- 60 minute class with Boxing Coach.
- All Boxers Must sign in at front desk. (Sign in sheets are put out 1 hour in advance).
- If you need assistance wrapping your hands-must arrive minimum 10 minutes prior to class.
- 6 round intervals of Heavy Bag Drills and Cardio Conditioning exercises.
- Learn how to correctly punch and condition your body exactly like a professional boxer.
- Advanced Class puts all your skills together in highly skilled movements.
- Non contact classes in a very friendly, fun atmosphere.
- All Boxers should bring their own gloves.
