Class Details & Rules:

  • 24 Boxers per class (max).
  • 60 minute class with Boxing Coach.
  • All Boxers Must sign in at front desk. (Sign in sheets are put out 1 hour in advance).
  • If you need assistance wrapping your hands-must arrive minimum 10 minutes prior to class.
  • 6 round intervals of Heavy Bag Drills and Cardio Conditioning exercises.
  • Learn how to correctly punch and condition your body exactly like a professional boxer.
  • Non/limited contact boxing classes in a very friendly, fun atmosphere.
  • All Boxers should bring their own gloves.
