Sandra Mercurio is a certified personal trainer and offers:
One-on-One Training, Partner Training (2 people), Small Group Training (2+ people), BOOT CAMPS Available All-Year (Outdoor and Indoor), Sports Specific Training, Nutritional Consultation
(A Free 20 minute consultation takes place before we get into any formal work, which includes a full body composition and fitness assessment)

Club Rules
1. Re-rack all weights after use.
2. Do not drop or abuse weights.
3. No loud or offensive language or behavior.
4. No food or drink on workout floor.
5. No alcohol, smoking or drugs permitted anywhere on premises.
6. All personal effects must be kept off workout floor, back packs etc. should be stored in lockers.
7. Proper workout attire is mandatory, ie. gym shoes and shirts. (No Street Clothes or Shoes)
8. Rules, regulations and facilities are subject to change without notice
