30 Minute Express Workout

It’s easy to burn fat, tone up, and look your best with our 30 Minute Express Room designed to get you results. Just follow our suggested workout below 3 times per week and get in the shape you’ve always wanted. Please check with your doctor first for any heart conditions.

Tools

  • 11 piece Total body strength machine circuit.
  • 5 Recumbent Spin Bikes.

Workout
(Suggested Workout Only)*

  • Perform 1 set of 20 to 25 repetitions on each strenghth machine.
  • Repeat until all 10 strength machines are completed.
  • No particular order is neccesary-in fact its best to rotate each workout.
  • With out rest inbetween machines, Pedal for 2 Minutes on Recumbent Bikes.
  • Heart rate is kept elevated (75-80 RPM suggested) to maximize calories burned.
